However one cannot enjoy any of these benefits, if one does not have perfect health. It is very important that one keeps fit and healthy so that one can enjoy these luxuries to the fullest. Here are some that one can follow to lead a healthy life.

1)A Healthy Diet – It is necessary that adopts a healthy diet from a very young age. To be healthy one should stay away from junk food. Chips, Hamburgers, fries cause one to gain weight a loss and constant eating causes one to become obese. This causes the arteries to clog and one becomes prone to a heart attack. Incorporate your diet with a lot of fruits and vegetables. These foodstuffs may not seem tasty, but helps you in becoming fit.

The Coming Health Care Revolution

There is a health care revolution coming to North America and the rest of the world soon. I am not talking about the raging debates that have gone on for the past few years about prescription drugs or medicare insurance plans. The revolution I am talking about is going to be about keeping you and your family off drugs and out of hospitals!

Dr. Hiromi Shinya has been a doctor in the United States for over 50 years. Dr. Shinya pioneered common practises for colonoscopy surgery. Dr. Shinya has performed more colonoscopies than any other doctor on the planet. Dr. Shinya believes our current approach to health care is encumbered by an array of expensive technology and the over use of pharmaceutical drugs. This is probably not a surprise to you. As you might imagine, the system is ripe for a major overhaul.

Dr. Shinya is an advocate of ‘ageless’ living by following what he calls a new way of living and eating. This way will keep you healthy and allow you to do well with a minimum of pharmaceutical and surgical interference. The plan calls for an understanding of the futileness of our modern assault on common microbes. The focus is to change how we maximize the “good” bacteria that are ever present in our bodies.

There is a life force that flows through all living organisms. The ancients call it the “chi” or “ki”. It’s all about bringing the plant power into your cellular “power plant” in order to maximize the life force within you. All cells have the ability to clean and rejuvenate themselves. If we all understand how to maintain this force throughout our lives, there is no reason that we cannot significantly slow down the aging clock.

When cells begin to malfunction, it can start with the smallest chemical reaction. A can of soda with a pH of only 2.5 triggers a massive acid attack upon your body that takes your body days to recover from. When you follow that soda up with yet another soda on the same day, or even one the next day, you’ve just sunk your ship. Your body is not going to recover. It is going begin to slip in to a state of dysbiosis.

Cascading chemical reactions in your cells and your organs causes your brain to send mixed signals to your body. Some people call it the ‘thin edge of the wedge’ while others call it aging. Whatever you want to call it, I am telling you it is only an option and not a necessity! Economic reasons are going to force us to re-think the way we deliver health care in this country. The gravy train for corporate medicine is going to come to an end. For all of us concerned, the sooner this happens the better off we’ll all be.
